Earth Day Green Fair 2022

Earth Day Green Fair is an exciting fun-filled weekend of colourful and educational activities.

Organised by Eco Market Malta, in collaboration with The Veg Box, Il-Majjistral Park NGO, PARKS Malta and Ministry for the Environment, Energy and Enterprise.

A community event bringing together music, art, food, wellness, green innovations, social enterprises, sustainable businesses and climate action related activities presented by various affiliated organisations and NGOs. If there is one thing that connects us all, its the planet, our home. This is a constant that gives us a common ground from where we become more open to LEARN from eachother, SHARE knowledge and ideas with one another, and show that we CARE.

Plan on starting early for a fun-filled day at Earth Day Green Fair at The Farmoury and Il-Majjistral Park in Manikata.

Friday 22 April – from 11am to 2pm (Kids Zone only)

Saturday 23 & Sunday 24 April, from 11am to 6pm (main event)

Admission is FREE!

In 2019, Eco Market Malta organised a signature event featuring about 60 exhibitors and over 2000 attendees. We invite you to join the growing number of companies, organisations and individuals demonstrating their commitment to a healthier environment and a more sustainable society.

By blending together demonstrations, workshops, exhibits, artisans and activities, Earth Day Green Fair focuses on raising the level and capacity of environmental stewards to the thousands of visitors who take part in Malta’s largest Earth Day event. We are passionate about creating an environment that’s fun for everyone; visitors of all ages learn how their actions impact our local environment and the significant role we play in the health of our economy and ecosystem. We’re inspiring and challenging citizens to find alternatives to everyday products, food, transportation and living so a better earth can be created because, as we all know, our environment is a direct reflection of how we live.

Green Fair Tips

TIP #1: Don’t drive to the Earth Day Green Fair. It’s Earth Day after all. Take public transport (Tal-linja bus number 44, 101, 223, 225), car-pool with family & friends, walk, cycle or ride an EV!

TIP #2: Don’t forget to bring your water bottles, cutlery, straws, etc. Free drinking water stations will be available.

TIP #3: Bring your own shopping bags and leave single use plastics at home.
